This newly remodeled home features 3 beds 2 baths + a loft and is situated on the 16th fairway of Tahoe Donner Golf Course. The thoughtful, open floor plan is perfect for groups large or small. Gorgeous, updated kitchen, large dining table, and a massive couch centered on a cozy fireplace. Coffee bar with mini fridge to help you wake up while you're on mountain time.

    We have provided basic amenities including fresh towels, bathroom and laundry supplies, coffee bar amenities, kitchen supplies, and basic staples in the pantry.

  • No parties, events, or large gatherings. You may incur fines or penalties from Tahoe Donner Association for noise.

    No smoking or vaping in the house.

    No unregistered guests without prior approval.

    No pets!

    ALL TRASH GOES IN THE BEAR BOX. Bears tip them over and you will be fined if trash is in the street.

    Please keep shovels at all entrances. Garage door, front door, and back door. You may have to shovel a path from the garage to the front door.

    You are responsible for all charges associated with amenities and extra guests.

Abundant natural light from floor to ceiling windows, with views of the golf course and towering pine trees — a stunning view, especially in a blanket of fresh snow! Indoor/outdoor living with glass slider off of the main living space, to the large deck complete with a Traeger Smoker. On the main level you'll find 2 bedrooms and 1 remodeled bath with heated floor. Upstairs you’ll find a loft with a bed, and the primary suite featuring a remodeled bath with heated floor. Other features you’ll appreciate are, entry with heated floor, lots of room to hang your snow gear, laundry room, plenty of closet space, and large garage with parking for 2 cars.

We have two guest passes that will give you access to Tahoe Donner amenities. You are responsible for all charges associated with amenities and extra guests.

Tucked away on a quiet street, approx. 10 minutes from Donner Lake Marina, coffee shops, Safeway, restaurants, and the freeway. About 15 minutes from Downtown Truckee, 17 +/- minutes to Boreal, and 25 +/- minutes to Northstar.
